Friday 7th of April – I run Iran Marathon Day

Unique 7 days Iran tour: Kashan (2N) - Isfahan (2N) - Shiraz (2N)
Day 01: 8th April. Tehran –Kashan
After lunch we drive about 3 hours to get to the ancient desert city of Kashan where you will stay in a beautiful traditional hotel.
Day 02: 9th April. Kashan
Today you will have a city tour including a visit to Fin garden, former residence of Prime Minister Amir Kabir and the famous Hammam inside it. Afterwards you will visit a selection of fine Kashan historical merchant houses. In the evening you have time to walk around in the bazaar and enjoy the narrow mud brick alleys.
Day 03: 10 April. Kashan-Abyaneh-Isfahan
After a short drive to Abyaneh village you meet the local people of with traditional and colorful costumes. This village is at least 1500 years old and faces East across a picturesque valley. It was built this way to maximize the sun it receives and minimize the effects of howling gales in winter. In summer, it’s refreshingly cool. You can visit the 14th-century Imamzadeh-ye Yahya with its conical, blue-tiled roof, and the Zeyaratgah shrine with its tiny pool and views. After a walk around town our VIP bus will drive you to Isfahan or so-called Nesfe-Jahan (half of the world). In Isfahan you will stay in a centrally located, comfortable hotel.
Day 04: 11 April. Isfahan, The cultural capital of Iran
A full day tour of Isfahan gives you the opportunity to visit some of the most magnificent places of Iran. You start this adventure by visiting Jaame Mosque (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site). After that you will visit one of the most amazing masterpieces of Iran: Naghsh-e-Jahan Square (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site) with several sites inside it including Ali-Qapu Palace, Sheikh Lotfollah and Shah Mosque. You will be amazed by all the beauties of the Safavid dynasty. In the evening you can make a relaxing walk along the bridges over Zayandehrood river.
Day 05: 12 April. Isfahan-Persepolis-Shiraz
Today you’ll head to Shiraz, the city of love, roses and knowledge. To better understand antiquity of Persian art and science you will visit Takht e Jamshid (Persepolis, UNESCO’s World Heritage Site), foremost ancient historical site in Iran located in Shiraz as the heartland of Persian culture. You are going to see the magnificent Persepolis with the monumental staircases, exquisite reliefs and imposing gateways that leaves no doubt how grand this ancient capital was and how much splendor the Persian Empire had. A fine Shiraz hotel will host you.
Day 06: 13 April. Shiraz
You will visit the citadel of Karim khane Zand. The king of Zand dynasty who chose Shiraz as Iran’s capital. He ordered the construction of many of the buildings you are visiting today. The Karimkhan tomb inside the pavilion and Nazar gardens. Afterwards you walk to Vakil mosque to see the style of the construction of the time and at the end walk to the Vakil bazaar and Saraye Moshir.
Day 07: 14 April. Shiraz – departure day
Today you can freely program your day based on the time you have left to your departure time. Optionally you can visit Eram gardens to immerse into a magnificent sample of Persian gardens style and a registered world heritage. You can also visit Hafez tomb and gardens to immerse into the mystery of a revered Persian poet, Hafez and one of the most visited sites in Iran. Take a walk to visit Jahannama scenic gardens and its Ilkhanid Pavilion. Or drive to Saadi monument and gardens to visit the tomb of another famous Persian poet. You can also visit another Persian garden: Delgosha. Afterwards we provide you with transfer to Shiraz airport to fly back home.
Note: From Shiraz airport you can travel to many destinations via Dubai ( Specially European Countries). If your departure is from IKA(Tehran), you can choose for our alternative itinerary. The alternative itinerary includes visits to the same cites, but the start will be in Shiraz and the end point is Kashan. From Kashan you will be transferred to IKA to catch your flight back home. If you would like to book this package, please mention where your departure place is (either Shiraz or Tehran).
